(4)  Donate a prosthesis no longer being used
            Some parts of a prosthesis can be refurbished which helps to
lower the cost. Sockets are not reusable, all patients
receive a custom socket.

NOTE:
If donating a prosthesis, use IRS Form 8283,
Non-Cash Charitable Contributions, to report donations
